Purpose
The purpose of the 2010 Fall Summit is to provide a forum for identification, education, and collaboration building on issues of common interest to advance the nursing profession. The Fall Summit is designed for the chief elected officers and chief staff officers of The Alliance member organizations.
Nursing Contact Hours
The 2009 Alliance Fall Summit was approved for 4.25 contact hours by the Tennessee Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The Alliance will seek contact hour approval for the 2010 Fall Summit.
General Information
The Fall Summit is held annually, Thursday - Saturday, the weekend prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. The attire for the Fall Summit is business casual. Please note that meeting rooms may be cold so layering is recommended. Also, some events will be held at venues other than the hotel which will require you to walk outside.

The closest airport is the Portland International Airport. The average cost for a taxi one way to the hotel is $35.00. The cost for a Super Shuttle is $14.00.
