This includes exhibition details as well as other important information. Attendee RosterNOA is happy to share our attendee roster with all of our sponsors and exhibitors. Due to privacy laws, our attendees must opt-in to be included on this list. The roster may not include every individual in attendance but will include all opt-in attendees. NOA will do our best to provide a preliminary attendee roster to all sponsors and attendees in advance of the meeting, and a post-event list will be distributed after the event. Badge Pick-UpAs we welcome you to the Annual Meeting & Leadership Academy, please stop at the registration desk to pick up your name badge(s) and sign your company into the meeting. Booth AssignmentsThe Annual Meeting & Leadership Academy's host sponsor booths are placed first. Then booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date full payment is received. NOA staff reserve the right to change booth assignments if necessary; any affected sponsor or exhibitor will be informed of any such change immediately. Cancellation or Postponement of EventIn the event of a fire, strike, riot, civil commotion, acts of God, war, terrorism, or other unavoidable circumstances rendering it impossible or financially impractical for any reason for NOA to perform such contract, NOA's performance under such contract shall be excused. In such events, all deposits and payments made by the sponsor or exhibitor for services unrendered shall be returned to the sponsor minus any expenses incurred by NOA on behalf of the sponsor or exhibitor. Complimentary RegistrationsEach sponsor or exhibitor is provided with two (2) complimentary registrations. The individuals working in the exhibition hall are required to register and wear an identification badge at all times. Exhibitors and sponsors must pre-register here. Please be sure to use the discount code that was included in your confirmation email when completing your registration. If you desire additional booth representatives, please contact NOA at [email protected]. ConductExhibitor agrees to maintain professional behavior at all times. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate sales tactics are prohibited. Exhibitor representatives must remain within their assigned booth space when engaging attendees, except in the case of social events, at which time socialization is encouraged, however sales are prohibited. Content AppropriatenessNOA management reserves the right to reject any application or restrict any sponsor or exhibitor considered inappropriate for this event or for distributing/displaying items inappropriate for this educational meeting. This restriction includes articles, conduct, printed matter, exhibitors' dress, or anything objectionable as a whole. Cooperation of Sponsors & ExhibitorsThe foregoing regulations with reference to booth space have been formulated in the best interests of the exhibitor, and cooperation is requested. These regulations are a part of the agreement between the sponsor/exhibitor and NOA. Any matters not specifically covered on this website, in the registration form and agreement or in the Service Kit are subject to decision by NOA. NOA reserves the right to make such changes, amendments, and additions to these rules as it considers advisable for proper conduct, with the provision that all sponsors and exhibitors will be advised of any such changes. Exhibitor Service KitThis year, all exhibit services will be provided through Liberty Exposition Services, the official event decorator. Liberty Exposition Services offers a fully online ordering platform ready to assist you with your exhibit setup, shipping, furnishings, and more. Fire, Electrical & Safety RegulationsThe exhibitor assumes full responsibility for complying with city and venue regulations concerning fire, safety, and health. All materials, including table drapes, back wall materials, textile or paper displays, and any other decorations or items in the exhibitor's booth must be nonflammable and are subject to inspection by the Fire Marshal. Goods & ServicesNOA solely provides exhibitors an exhibit space, we cannot guarantee sales, leads, attendee engagement, or return on investment. Any dispute regarding fees or benefits must be addressed directly with Organizer in writing prior to or during the event. Installation & Dismantling of BoothsInstallation times will be posted once finalized. It is the responsibility of the sponsors to have their booths in place before the opening of the sponsor hall. Children under the age of 18 are NOT allowed in the sponsor hall during set-up and tear-down. Dismantling times will be posted once finalized. No packing of equipment, literature, etc., or dismantling of booths will be permitted until the official closing time. InsuranceNOA, the Kansas City Marriott Downtown, and the conference decorator do not maintain insurance covering the exhibitor's property. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain the appropriate amount of insurance to cover their property, agents, or employees from theft, damage by fire, accident, or other causes. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property. Certificates of insurance must be furnished if so requested. LiabilityThe sponsoring/exhibiting company, its agents, and representatives agree that NOA, the Kansas City Marriott Downtown, and any of their officers, staff members, agents, or employees are not responsible for and are released from all liability as to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's agents, directors, officers or employees, or to any other persons or to the exhibitor's property prior to, during or after the holding of the meeting. It is the responsibility of each exhibiting company to return its space to the condition in which it was assumed. Any damage to that space will be the responsibility of the sponsor. It must be restored to its original condition at the exhibitor's expense. Networking OpportunitiesIn addition to time meeting our attendees in the exhibition hall, we strongly encourage you to participate in these additional networking opportunities. SecurityThe exhibition hall will be locked when the hall is not open, however exhibitors are cautioned that small portable articles of value and personal items should be properly secured or removed for safekeeping after hours. NOA cannot guarantee, nor shall it be responsible for, loss of any kind. Standard Booth EquipmentA standard booth will be approximately 10' deep by 8' wide, consisting of a draped back wall 8' high and side dividers 3' high. The height of each booth may not exceed 8' unless written permission is obtained. The floor of the sponsor hall is carpeted and the rental price includes one clothed and skirted 6'x30" table, two folding chairs, and an identification sign. Sponsors must not obstruct the light, view, or space of other sponsoring companies or aisleways. Use of NOA's LogoUse of NOA's logos in any form is forbidden.
