Fall Summit Sponsor & Exhibitor Details

Thank you for supporting the NOA Fall Summit through a sponsorship or exhibition booth. We encourage you to access our Sponsors & Exhibitors page for general sponsor information about support and the Sponsorship & Exhibition Prospectus, our Fall Summit General Information page for event-wide details like dress code, registration hours, exhibition hall hours, and our Exhibitor Service Kit.

Below you will find some more specific information for you, our sponsors and exhibitors, which includes both exhibition details as well as other information of importance.

Attendee Roster

NOA is happy to share our attendee roster with all of our sponsors and exhibitors. Due to privacy laws, our attendees must opt in to be included on this list so the roster may not include every individual in attendance, but will include all attendees who opt in. A preliminary attendee roster will be shared with all sponsors and attendees in advance of the meeting and a post-event list will be distributed after the event.

Booth Assignments

The Fall Summit's host sponsor booths are placed first, then booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on the date full payment is received. NOA staff reserve the right to change booth assignments if necessary; any affected sponsor or exhibitor will be informed of any such change immediately.

Cancellation or Postponement of Event

In the event of a fire, strike, riot, civil commotion, acts of God, war, terrorism, or other unavoidable circumstances rendering it impossible or financially impractical for any reason for NOA to perform such contract, NOA's performance under such contract shall be excused. In such events, all deposits and payments made by the sponsor or exhibitor for services unrendered shall be returned to the sponsor minus any expenses incurred by NOA on behalf of the sponsor or exhibitor.

Complimentary Registrations

Each sponsor or exhibitor is provided with two (2) complimentary registrations. The individuals working in the exhibition hall are required to register and wear an identification badge at all times. Exhibitors and sponsors must pre-register (form coming soon). If additional representatives are desired, please contact NOA at [email protected] to register additional booth representatives.

Content Appropriateness

NOA management reserves the right to reject any application or restrict any sponsor or exhibitor considered inappropriate for this event, or distributing/displaying items inappropriate for this educational meeting. This restriction includes articles, conduct, printed matter, dress of exhibitors, or anything objectionable as a whole.

Cooperation of Sponsors & Exhibitors

The foregoing regulations with reference to booth space have been formulated in the best interests of the exhibitor and cooperation is requested. These regulations are a part of the agreement between the sponsor/exhibitor and NOA. Any matters not specifically covered on this website, in the registration form and agreement or in the Service Kit are subject to decision by NOA. NOA reserves the right to make such changes, amendments, and additions to these rules as it considers advisable for proper conduct, with the provision that all sponsors and exhibitors will be advised of any such changes.
